Sponsorship Form

Looking for LAN party sponsorship?

NVIDIA provides support primarily with NVIDIA promotional materials such as stickers, posters, case badges, t-shirts, and in some cases, hardware.

To be considered, you must completely fill out the Sponsorship Form and submit your request at least 4 weeks prior to your event. Once you have submitted your request you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. Please, submit your request for each event only once.

Event submissions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your event is chosen for sponsorship we will contact you via email approximately 2-4 weeks prior to your event. We will ask that you add logo�s to the event�s website, recognize NVIDIA as a sponsor, and provide photo�s of the event within two weeks after the event has taken place.

Please note that this sponsorship program is geared toward LAN parties and computer gaming events ONLY - if your request does not fall within these guidelines, your event may not receive support. Currently we are serving North American residents only at this time.
