| NVIDIA® Gelato® 2.1 Tutorials for Autodesk Maya (Mango™ Plug-in)
The following tutorials are designed to teach you the features of Gelato available in the Mango plug-in for Autodesk Maya. Each tutorial consists of a PDF file with instructions, a Quicktime video of the tutorial, and scene files and assets for Maya. The tutorials are designed to teach you the features of Gelato, not how to use Maya. Basic proficiency with Maya is required to get the full benefit of these tutorials.
And if you do not use Maya, the videos will still be useful in learning about the capabilities of Gelato. The capabilities demonstrated here are also available using the Amaretto™ plug-in for Autodesk 3ds Max or plug-ins for other modeling packages, although the commands and techniques for accessing the Gelato features will vary with the modeling package.
Tutorial Requirements:
- Gelato 2.1
- Maya 8.0 or higher
- Adobe Acrobat reader
- Quicktime, or video player capable of playing *.mov files
