| NVIDIA Announces Closure of U.S. Department of Justice Investigation Regarding Possible Antitrust Violations
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SANTA CLARA, CA—OCTOBER 13, 2008—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) today announced that the San Francisco Office of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has formally notified NVIDIA that the DOJ investigation into potential antitrust violations related to graphics processing units and cards has been closed. No specific allegations were made against the Company during the investigation. On December 1, 2006, NVIDIA disclosed that it had received a subpoena from the San Francisco Office of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with the DOJ's investigation into possible antitrust violations related to graphics processing units and cards.
